About the Role

Tectah is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of payment experiences. You will work on products such as EPOS systems, payment dashboards, and card machine interfaces—designing solutions that help businesses accept payments, manage operations, and grow.

This role requires a strong balance of user experience, visual design, and product thinking, with the ability to turn complex payment workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery to delivery
• Design intuitive user experiences for payment flows, dashboards, and merchant tools
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma
• Contribute to and maintain Tectah’s design system
• Continuously improve the user experience through data and feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience with payment systems, fintech, or EPOS platforms
• Knowledge of interaction design and micro-interactions
• Experience working in agile product teams
• Basic understanding of front-end development
